Madison Street Capital is a Chicago-based multinational investment banking firm. They recently acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Napoleon Machine who were seeking credit. Napoleon Machine is a company that was established in 2010 and provides manufacturing services to other companies. Their services include precision machining, light assembly, metal fabricating, and painting among other services. The credit they were seeking was provided by Sterling Commercial Credit. When the financial transaction between Sterling Commercial Credit and Napoleon Machine was completed the deal was announced by the chief executive officer of Madison Street Capital, Charles Botchway. The two executives who led this transaction for Madison Street Capital was Vice President Capital Markets Steven Richards and Barry Petersen who is the senior managing director.
In a statement about completing this transaction Barry Petersen stated that completing it, along with follow-on tranche, would give Napoleon Machine the ability to expand its manufacturing capabilities and further its ability to meet the needs of its clients. He also said it would lead to their growth trajectory accelerating bringing in greater revenues and profits for the foreseeable future.
Napoleon Machine’s President Kevin Febrey said that he appreciated how the team at Madison Street Capital really listened to what his company is all about and in so doing was really able to explain to creditors how his company would find a lot of opportunities for further growth with access to more capital. He said that his industry is very capital-intensive which was a fact appreciated by Madison Street Bank personnel and they were able to come up with creative solutions to solve his need to access more working capital. They ended up increasing Napoleon Capital’s working capital access by four times. Febrey was happy with this outcome and said he planned to work with Madison Street Capital again in the future.
Madison Street Capital has been helping other companies like Napoleon Machine for over a decade.
